Cupcakes Anyone?

Faboo Cakes is fairly new to the Hendersonville area, they are located in the same shopping center as Hendersonville Produce, right beside Thorntons gas station in Hendersonville. My mom signed us up for a cupcake decorating class for this past Tuesday night. They supplied us with 2 dozen cupcakes, fondant, icing, and the tools to decorate with. We started out learning how to icing our cupcakes, which was the easy part. Then we took some of our fondant and colored it with any color we wanted to make hearts with. We made hearts, flowers, and owls out of our fondant and whatever we had left over we were able to take home. It was such a fun class, the first 6 cupcakes didnt look great, but the second half looked really good! I feel more confident to work with fondant... I may try something out for our upcoming housewarming party! :)
